I don't know who you are as you're reading this.
But you might feel the same as I did. I once had a difficult problem with letting go, even with the smallest things.
I didn't know it was detrimental for me, as at the same time, I faced a chronic problem of being constantly 'tired' and it was incredibly draining.
Honestly, I'm not sure if it was connected to my ADHD or if it's just a normal issue that can be a phase in someone's life.
But one thing is for sure; I never wanted this. I don't like being caught and feeling stuck in loops of unnecessary thoughts and events sometimes.
In a nutshell, I've experienced a personal transformation and discovered various techniques to break free from the constant overthinking that once plagued me.
Now, I want to share the simple reasons why you should let go of this mental burden and start experiencing the benefits of a quieter mind.
You're Just A little Beautiful Spark in the Earth

Imagine the vastness of the universe, galaxies swirling billions of light-years away. Compared to that, our problems may seem like fleeting dust motes.
This doesn't mean your individual struggles do not matter, but perhaps it offers perspective. Take a moment to breathe, step back, and appreciate yourself as god's beautiful creator (if you don't believe in God, idk what to say)
*just kidding, you can admire yourself also.
Too Much Thinking Can't Help You Get Out of Any Situations

Trust me, if you believe overthinking can get you out of the problems and the solution will come up, no, you won't get it.
Why? Because thinking too much would never give you any beneficial things but only lead you to risky effects.
You can get severe mental problems, you can get stomachaches, headaches, and other diseases (that can also add up your health bills), and you can be unfocused and get too lazy to do anything.
Is that what you want? *I'm sorry I am too harsh, but I have to slap you with my words so you'll understand and really listen to your body.
Having Problems is Normal

If you think you can live a life without encountering any troubles, you're wrong. Why? Because life itself cannot unfold without problems.
We live within problems, we grow through solving them, and ultimately, our lives are shaped by navigating them.
Therefore, escaping the "overthinking trap" is futile, as it stems from believing you can bypass problems altogether, which is simply not true.
So, what should you do? The only path forward is to face them head-on.
Embrace the challenges, be your authentic self, summon your courage, and perhaps even offer yourself some words of affirmation along the way.
Do your best (knowing there's no better remedy). Remember, embracing problems does not equate to passivity; it's about meeting them with resilience and a proactive spirit.
Keep Your Mind 'Busy' with Positive Actions

So, those are the reasons why you should quit your overthinking habit.
If I know other reasons, I would add them when I have free time.
Oh, and also, don't keep your mind quiet; make it 'busy' with beneficial things, just like organizing your room, taking care of yourself, reading a book, or watching a movie with a genre that you probably like.
Just make yourself 'busy.'
You'll find a way to get rid of the 'thinking too much' habit from now on.
You can do it, right? C'mon, I believe in you (always).
